Reboot has drawn a lot of interest, and a lot of people asking how they can help. This page is the honest answer.
This is for minds the system measured wrong. Neurodivergent, recovering, still using, got out, never fit in the first place. Different signalling, same room.
The horsebox is road-legal. The Substack is publishing. The schools programme is in design. The shape of what this becomes is still open — which is exactly why foundational people matter now and won't later.
What it needs now is people. Three routes in, plus one. Any of them moves the work forward.
None is a soft option. None is the wrong answer.
Not ceremonial. You'd be one of three or four people building the governance from scratch — finance oversight, safeguarding, the constitution, the policies that turn this from a project into a registered charity.
Roughly a day a month once running, more in the first six. Skills needed first are finance or accounting; legal or governance second. No fundraising target, no delivery responsibility.
Read the full trustee role →The horsebox needs sites. Any landowner willing to host a Reboot Bar evening — a field, a yard, a corner of an estate — becomes part of how this works.
Land partners are credited publicly on the website and in the newsletter.
Offer land or a site →The Reboot Bar — events, logistics, hospitality. Or the publishing strand — Substack, memoir, audio. Each one needs hands, and a few hours of the right person's time is genuinely useful.
Help with a programme →Send this page to one person you think should know about it. Trustee-shaped, land-shaped, programme-shaped, or just someone who'd care.
One introduction from you is worth more than ten cold approaches from me.
Forward this page →If you already know which route fits, reply with that and we'll move. If you want to talk it through before deciding, that works too.
Reboot moves forward at the speed of the people willing to build it. Right now, that means you.
